When you do business with Wild Haven Farm, you can rest assured that :

•  If we give you our word, either written or verbally, we will do our utmost to keep our promises to you.
  
  
• We believe in and practice full disclosure.  Whatever we know about a horse’s health and breeding history, disposition, or ownership history, we will share with you in full.
  
  
• We strive to price our horses at current fair market value, based upon their conformation, movement, pedigree, level of training, and disposition.
  
  
• We strive to assist and educate people new to the Haflinger breed.  We never inflate the price of a particular Haflinger beyond its current fair market value, so that an unsuspecting newcomer to the breed might pay more than it’s fair value.
  
  
•  If we consign a horse to a sale, we will list all we know of it’s history in the sale catalog, including any known significant medical history.
  
  
•  If you bid on a horse we have consigned to a sale, you can rest assured that we have not “planted” a bidder in the audience to run-up the bid on our horses.  We find this fraudulent practice of shill bidding reprehensible as it tarnishes the reputation of the Haflinger sales for all the sellers.
